I've used insuremytrip for the past couple of years now. I have yet to file a claim but their cost is usually lower than going through the travel agencies. I love how they send you an email just before your trip about your coverage. Nice touch!

Good thing we didn't need to file a claim... But the peace of mind that this insurance gave us was priceless!!! We had the insurance for a trip to the Bahamas, which got cancelled by the tour operator due to H. Matthew... We changed our destination to Mexico, but travelling within the same dates and we DID NOT have to buy a new insurance, they allowed us to use the same one with some minor adjustments!!! Talk about customer service... Will definitely use this travel insurance again and recommend...

We received great phone support during our trip when determining if we could get a refund due to weather delay and our claim was processed very quickly. We received a full refund for our cancelled trip within 3 weeks. While it was awful to miss our trip, CSA made our decision to come home a lot less painful on our wallet.

My claim was denied because the doctor I saw was not considered a doctor according to them. Even though the dr I saw is licensed in my state.
