I will definitely purchase in the future. Rates were very reasonable for the comprehensive coverage. My main considerations in purchasing were the years of existence of the company and the very supporting reviews. I was impressed that the company emailed me a reminder of coverage prior to my trip. I have already suggested the insurance to others.

Did not use it, but coverage seemed good. I would like a cheaper plan that did not cover medical and dental. I already have good medical and dental through my other insurance.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. All of our Trip Cancellation policies are included in a Comprehensive plan. Comprehensive plans also include Trip interruption, Baggage loss, Baggage Delay, Travel Delay, Medical, Dental, and Emergency Evacuation coverage. Benefits cannot be removed from the policy.Aug 13,2015

This was our 2nd time filing a claim with CSA due to having our Spirit Airlines flights cancelled. As with the 1st claim, this one was handled expeditiously and we had our check in hand for the full amount of our claim within 30 days.
They kept us informed of the status of our claim via email and we were able to provide the additional evidence requested via email.
We are completely satisfied and will continue to refer friends and family to CSA and purchase future travel insurance through them.
