We had to cancel due to an accident and resulting health problem. I completed the forms and received an email that the claim was processed and received a check in less than 3 weeks of filing the claim. GREAT customer service.

The plan provided the peace of mind we need when we travel. We have a close relative who is chronically ill, therefore, a last minute cancellation or trip interruption is always a possibility.

It was terrific to have the policy-comparing feature that is provided by InsureMyTrip. I found better coverage for my specific needs at a significantly lower price than I had paid previously. So it was a very satisfying experience.

I have purchased CSA travel insurance through InsureMyTrip for many trips. I am always able to find a policy to meet my needs. It is easy to purchase and documents are user friendly. The one time I did need to file a claim, it was handled very easily and successfully.
