I have been doing business with (CSA) for several years. After being burned by two other "highly rated" companies, I did extensive research and found that this company has one of the best reputations in the business. I will continue to purchase all my travel insurance from them.

Found InsureMyTrip on the internet and selected it based on customer reviews. I thought using a "broker" might be better than going directly to one of the trip insurance companies I have used in the past. Might get a "best" rate from a well known company. The rep was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the coverage I needed at the best rate. I did not have to cancel or interrupt my trip so I do not know if a claim submission would go smoothly. I will use InsureMyTrip again.

Very easy and convenient to purchase. I was fortunate enough not to have had to use the plan so I don't know if a claim would have gone smoothly or not. Based on the other reviews, I would again purchase this plan before traveling.

Most important is the medical coverage and emergency evacuation. If I have to eat half the cost of the trip due to an emergency then so be it. I find CSA the best balance of cost and coverage with good medical and evacuation benefits.
