All of our cancellation coverages are included in a Comprehensive Policy which include Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Baggage Loss/Damage, Medical, Dental, Emergency Medical Evacuation, 24 Hour Traveler Assistance, Baggage Delay, Travel Delay, and Accidental Death.Jan 22,2016

We did not need health care coverage so InsureMyTrip advised us which plan to purchase. We ended up getting all the coverage that we needed without paying an exorbitant price. We did not need to use it but were very happy to have the piece of mind as one of our flights was delayed by three hours and if it had been delayed any longer, we would have missed our connection to the boat.

I reviewed other plans and they appeared much more expensive with less coverage. I telephoned your office and received a warm welcome as well as prevalent information which assisted with decision to purchase insurance from this company. It was wonderful as well as reassuring that I had made the right decision. Thank you!!!!

My daughter got sick a couple of days before our trip and I had to file a claim. I expected to have to go through several months of back and forth letters and forms and phone calls but it didn't turn out that way at all. The website took me right to a claim form with detailed instructions. I filled out the forms and included the documentation required and sent it in. About 2 weeks later, I received a check in the mail. No hassles. I am very happy and will CSA Travel again.

I had a minor medical condition while traveling in Ecuador which required help from a physician. CSA Travel arranged for me to visit a local hospital and authorized the staff there to provide care up to my plan's medical limit with no out-of-pocket expense for me. Very pleased with the service they provided.

The CSA travel protection custom plan appears to have good coverage, but the real proof has to be if I had to file a claim. I have bought this travel plan many times in the past, and due to my senior age, is more expensive than if I was younger. Considering I've never filed a claim, plans (any plan from any provider) should give discounts to repeat customers who have never filed a claim.
