I looked at a number of plans before purchasing. Some actively discouraged coverage for people over 60 ("We really specialize in plans for student groups") and charged higher premiums for older persons. This one was reasonable and user friendly. I didn't have to file any claim.

We were lucky as we did not have to use any of the coverage. It is hard to understand the coverage until you need it for something then you find out how good it is. I think the issues I wanted covered was covered in the policy. I would use CSA Travel Insurance again on our next vacation. The plan was very affordable. Thank you,

Even though I did not have to use the plan it was a great piece of mind, especially since a hurricane caused our ship to detour from one of our ports of call. I would definitely utilize this service again!

I cannot make any comments or recommendations as we didn't fortunately have to use the insurance. It was just peace of mind to have it.
Again, I cannot make any rating of the insurance policy features as I never used any of them. As a former employee of the Insurance Industry I know that you can judge insurance policy only after you have to use it otherwise this is just a booklet with the quite specific legal terms and conditions which you have to read and understand before you pay for the policy.

I was happy with the ease of taking out the Travel protection. It is hard to evaluate your coverage because no claim was made. I did it for the security of the protection, but still consider it a risk that there was some fine print I missed and if I made a claim it would not be covered. This is not saying that you would not have stood behind your policy. I did check you out with the BBB and you passed with flying colors. I would consider using your service again.

My husband and I felt secure with the Travel Plan we purchased. We were able to choose the plan we felt we needed...which for us was the CSA Travel Protection Custom Plan. Thankfully...we had a wonderful vacation and didn't need to utilize any aspect of the plan.
