Since I did not have any issues or claims to file, it is difficult to assess how the insurance actually "works"! However, it seemed to cover what I needed to have covered. It is always good NOT to have to use the insurance!

Even though we didn't need to use the CSA Travel Protection Custom insurance, we were impressed with how easy it was to obtain. The cost was reasonable and communications were excellent!

This is a good plan at a reasonable price which provides that extra peace of mind when you are traveling out of the country. This plan alleviated my concerns about common carrier connections and unforeseen health issues.

This was a strenuous and very physical trip in remote and challenging areas. It was reassuring to know that we had trip insurance just in case we got sick or injured.

This insurance was reasonably priced. I did have a claim and though it was resolved and I was compensated, it took about 3 months to process. The agent who handled my claim was respectful and apologized for the slow processing time stating they had many claims to process during summer months when my incident also occurred.

We attempted to contact the emergency number for directions and assistance, at no time did anyone answer the phone number nor respond. Thankfully, our travel agent had medical that we could use as CSA was non existent after paying for it. Paperwork said if it is an emergency, go ahead and seek help and we will reimburse later. I had not desire to argue with someone about who or what service I was provided. InsureMyTrip was very good. Access to the product purchased is another issue entirely. You can buy it, just not use it. I am uncertain what a customer service representative could do to assist me as buying the insurance wasn't an issue. Using it in an emergency is a whole new issue that InsureMyTrip probably can't control.
