This has been the third time I have insured my travel with CSA. I like that CSA offers many coverage options, and I can tailor the insurance to my needs. I have always found CSA to be very responsive to my requests for information or assistance, and there is never any guess work as to what coverage is included in the plan. Everything is spelled out simply yet concisely. I will most certainly use CSA again for my travel insurance needs.

My overall view is that travel insurance is an unfortunate need to protect a trip. I think each travel supplier should provide insurance as part of the cost of their services. But sadly they do not. That being said I have used CSA in the past and as long as the cost is low and service is high I will likely continue. Please note that I have never made a claim so I do not have that experience with CSA.

I compared several companies, and decided on this one. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is amazing. I called to add more to my coverage and my plan was modified and my updated policy was in my inbox. I highly recommend CSA to anyone looking for a great deal and great coverage.

I have booked coverage thru InsureMyTrip for many trips and have always been totally satisfied. The web site is easy to use although I did like the old format better than the present one.

Fortunately I Didn't need to use the coverage but I would still highly recommend this insurer. I went to Italy last year and was held back a couple of days due to a ATC strike. CSA reimbursed me for all related cost no questions asked except for required documentation.
