For the price, it offered 95% of what we wanted. We were willing to take the gamble on the 5% chance that we wouldn't need it, and fortunately, we didn't. It was easy to read and understand; easy to purchase, and their follow up with the paper work was prompt.

Like all insurance products, you hope you wasted your money and we did. Nevertheless, our trip was expensive and complicated with lots of opportunity for things to go wrong. To NOT buy trip insurance would have been foolish. Since the cost of trip insurance is age-related, insurance for us is becoming relatively expensive. Eventually, it will become prohibitively so.
We were pleased with how smoothly and quickly the purchase process proceeded. There was a lot of communication and we were given phone numbers beyond the insurance carrier's in case we had problems during the trip. Very reassuring.

Since I didn't have to use the plan for an insurance claim, I can't give it any credit for being a great plan. Fortunately I didn't have to use it, but felt comfortable that I had some coverage.

This is the first time we have purchased insurance - just had a feeling. One month before our very expensive cruise we were evacuated for 20 days due to a large fire. Our house survived and so did our nerves, knowing that if we had to we could cancel the trip and not have lost everything. As it turns out we were able to return home a week before we had to leave, get our clothes and luggage and head out to the airport. It was extremely stress relieving - even though we did not have to use it.

I was very pleased with the insurance offered to me by CSA Travel Protection. It didn't cost as much as I expected, and the peace of mind it gave me made it worth it. The representatives are very professional and quickly found the best coverage for me. The speed in which everything was handled and communicated was outstanding. Ultimately, I was able to take my trip, as scheduled. But, I will certainly go to Insuremytrip.com for my future travels. It's so worth the peace of mind.
