Fortunately I did not filed a claim, but I am always buying travel insurance from CSA for peace in mind, and it's like superstition for me if I buy insurance everything will be fine, if not something bad may happened.

Fortunately we did not need to use the insurance but were glad we had it so our trip was less stressful. My wife did get a bad cold and came down with a fever but fortunately it went away the next morning. I thought I might have to use the insurance.

Thankfully I didn't need to use the plan. I thought it was a bit expensive compared to other plans. I didn't take time to really compare them. Travel insurance is necessary when you never know what come up to change your plans.

The European/Asian Desk Rep was very helpful in getting a doctor for me in Sicily. The claim for medical costs was paid in a timely fashion and appropriately. I will definitely use CSA in the future and will recommend them to friends.
