We felt the trip insurance was overly pricey through the travel agent. InsureMyTrip seemed to be a true and reliable group and we were very satisfied. The customer service representative we dealt with was kind and patient, she was happy to answer any questions we had along with a few examples of things that could have gone wrong and how they were covered. I contacted our own homeowners insurance carrier for advise on this. The office manager was impressed with the prices and what was covered for that price. We pushed a bit, "What would be covered in such and such circumstances?" In our opinion, we were dealing with a good company that offers good service and coverage. My family is in the insurance business so I was a bit uneasy using a product offered through a website, but their kind ways and understanding of the product was reassuring. We did not have any issues that would require use of the policy, and we were thankful of that. Overall, I would use this company again. We are quite pleased with the package and would use them again for future trips.

Our flight cancelled on our return flight after an Alaska cruise . The airline could not get us rebooked on another flight that day and said all hotels near the airport were full . I called the CSA 877 number to see if they could help in getting us a room . It was answered by an automated system. After going through several prompts I left a detailed message about our situation along with the policy number and my mobile number. We are back home now and its has been three days since I left the message with CSA and still no return call from them . I'm glad we didn't have a serious emergency and still awaiting a call . We do NOT recommend CSA Travel Protection !

We were "stranded" in Alaska. The representatives at CSA helped find a physician and followed me through the whole process. Their help was a "value add".

We didn't need to file a claim, but came very close! Shortly after we left on our trip, a huge tree (4 foot base and 100 plus feet tall) came down in our front yard! Thankfully, no one was hurt, but if it had fallen on our house, it would have been "bye bye cruise"! You just never know what might happen.

Yes I will use this service for any future trips. I have also recommended this insurance to others. Thankfully we did not have to use it but it was nice knowing the option was there.
