Great coverage at a very reasonable price. It was purchased for a cruise but also covered us from the day we left (drove to Miami from VA) to the day we returned home. At the time of purchase, representatives were very helpful on the phone and answered all of our questions. We recommend and will use again in the future.

We went on the Mariner of the Seas, our 6th cruise, but first RC. Entertainment and service was great, but food was just okay. Bed was not comfortable. Surprised to discover that our balcony room didn't include a robe and standard lotions. Shampoo was in a wall dispenser. Also couldn't buy a bottle of liquor or wine on the ship for our room.

Have used CSA for a couple of trips and lucky enough did not need to make any claims so did not have to use CSA for claims but take out insurance for just in case.

Initially I rejected the idea of trip insurance for a two-week cruise, but upon the advice of friends who had had unexpected crises arise, I decided to look into low-cost coverage. InsureMyTrip.com was recommended to me and I found the website easy to navigate and easy to purchase just what I wanted. Didn't need it but glad to have it all the same.

Good plan for back to back cruises, however it was a bit expensive. Thankfully, we didn't have to use it. You can't take a chance on being airlifted from out of the country to a reliable hospital in case of a major emergency. That can cost up to $30,000. It happened to a friend.
