We are very pleased with our experience with this company. We became stranded in Newark, New Jersey at the airport because bad weather was responsible for a cancelled flight to Louisville, KY. I called the company from the airport and talked to Elizabeth, who put me in touch with a travel agent, Renee. We were able to find a hotel room near the airport with her help. There were so many cancelled flights that day and so many travelers looking for accommodations that were so grateful for the helpfulness of your staff. I was going to Africa on a Safari and felt that Insurance coverage was a must. This made me feel confident that if something happened (auto accident, plane wreck, animal that decides to do me in!!) I was covered.

Thank goodness we didn't need to use any aspects of this plan. I can't really evaluate the plan since we didn't have to make a claim. Seemed like a reasonable price for the coverage.

You should allow me as a repeat customer to set up a profile on your site so I can more easily identify the plan (or plans) I have used in the past. This would avoid the need to start every trip from scratch.

It was impossible to print the info. Representative said that the printed material
would be mailed to me. Very nice, but it did
