TravCan from InsureAssist is an economy comprehensive trip cost protection plan which covers you in the event that you have to cancel or interrupt your trip for a covered reason. As well as including trip cancellation and trip interruption coverage, the plan also includes baggage, travel delay, medical, emergency medical evacuation and accidental death and dismemberment coverages.

I have used your firm twice in the past few months. Once for a trip to Japan and once for a trip to the Southwest area of the United States. Both trips involved some adventure components (mountain and canyon climbing), so the insurance coverage provided a level of comfort and security. Your firm was recommended by a friend who has had good luck with you in the past. My experience is that I have found your representatives to be courteous, helpful, patient and professional. I did not feel that I was being 'up sold,' which I would have resented. Rather, I felt I was getting good solid advice for my/our (husband included) particular needs. I have not shopped prices, but felt yours were reasonable for the coverage provided. I don't feel a need to shop around in the future. I have been very pleased with your firm to date.

Fortunately I didn't require any medical assistance while abroad so it is difficult to evaluate the service, but I felt that the policy was adequate for my needs and reasonably priced.
