Thank you for your review. Most plans come with a review period in which you are able to review the policy and cancel for a refund. Once you are outside of the review period typically no refund will be issued but we can request to transfer the policy to a future trip, to not lose the insurance premium. This policy covered everything we needed. And thankfully, what you always hope, is that you never have to use it. We had a great trip. Incident-free. For the small cost, the security it gave us was worth it. I will definitely consider this policy for our next trip in February 2020 and our next cruise later in 2020. Thank you!

The IMG plan we purchased offered all the provisions we were looking for while traveling outside of the US. Fortunately we did not have to file a claim, but we did extend the duration of the insurance coverage since we decided to extend our vacation by 10 more days. We did not have any difficulty in obtaining the extension and Insuremytrip.com was very helpful in obtaining the desired extension.
