We had the unfortunate need to actually use our IMG service while traveling in Australia. My husband had to be admitted to the hospital for a severe reaction to a jellyfish sting. The customer service representatives were available to answer our questions both times we called (even though it was a weekend and we were in Australian time zone) and were very helpful and friendly. We were so happy to have purchased such a high-quality plan! I should note that while we did use the benefits of the plan, the hospital took care of the claim filing. We have not heard any problems with the claim filing so it seems to have all gone smoothly. You will not regret purchasing this plan, although I hope you won't have to use it!

Good customer service in answering our questions before purchase. Enjoyed the peace of mind during our trip knowing we were covered. Thankfully, we had no health issues during the trip.
