I did not have a problem while traveling, so I did not have to make a claim. Though I rated the plan as a good option, I do not know if it fulfilled all my needs, I would, however, take insurance with this company when traveling again.

This plan was reasonably priced and covered more that I was shopping for.
Since I didn't not have to file a claim, I have no idea of how that process works.
I did have peace of mind that travelling out of country, I had what I would hope to be ample or at least significant coverage had anyone in my family became ill or incurred an injury.

I found this company by going through a consumer advocate website. InsureMyTrip was easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. Fortunately, didn't have to use it.
