Did not need to file a claim. Cost vs. coverage of this policy seemed to be the best of the alternatives, after incorporating reviews of clients that actually had to file a claim.

I had a terrible time dealing with Seven Corners the agency who handled a claim for car damage. They sent me forms for the wrong company who sent it back to me delaying the claim a month.
They finally processed it, and a rep said they would send me a $25 gift card to make up for the problems. I never got it until I emailed them. When it finally arrived the cover letter had the wrong name on it! Very poorly organized company. I am taking a long trip to Europe this summer 2016 and will never use them again. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

The cost of the plan and benefits were better rhan what I was being offered theough the tour group I booked with. I am thankful I did not have to fule a claim. For this reason only I am, of course, unable to provide feed back on the service aspect
