I did not have to use the plan as my vacation went well so it is hard for me to rate the questions. It did give me peace of mind knowing that I had insurance should something go wrong.

Not all plans will cover you while scuba diving. This particular policy excludes the following: "scuba diving unless accompanied by a dive master or if the depth
exceeds fifty (50) feet"

We strongly recommend customers read the terms and conditions of the policy within the review period to determine if the policy fits your needs. This plan gave us peace of mind at a reasonable cost. With an extended family of kids and grandkids, and the Flu near epidemic proportions, we could rest assured that we could cancel the trip without penalty costs, if any of us had been sick.
