Well I didn't use the insurance, so I can't say if satisfied or not. On the how satisfied question, I wish I would include Not Applicable. I don't think it is right to ask this question if you haven't had to deal with getting reimbursed, that is the real test of your company.

We had always been buying more costly travel protection plans through travel agents but online purchase is less expensive & quite convenience. Had recommended nationwide to a few friends already. Luckily, we did not file any claims so cannot comment on the claim process.

I have been buying travel insurance here for years, although it is my first time using it for claim due the luggage lost/damage caused by the airline company. After talking to the claim center, I received the email with detailed instructions regarding the necessary documents. After getting all these documents emailed, I received an auto reply saying that the processing time would be about 15 business days. However, on the 8th business day after I sent all claim documents, I just received the check in the mail. Super efficiency that I am so impressed! I knew that I purchased travel insurances from other companies here mostly based on the price, some terms sometimes say processing would take up to 25 days. I must say Nationalwide is doing a fantastic job! I will purposely look for Nationawide for insuring my next trip for sure!

I was very comforted in the fact that if something should have happened while away on my trip that I was covered with insurance. It was a long way from home and who knows if I would have lost my luggage or even my life. I could rest at ease knowing I was covered by a very well known insurance company.
