No hassel with claim. Received a call acknowledging my claim had been received and would be contacted if further documents were required. Received written notice that my claim had been approved and check would be forthcoming. In about a week I received full payment of my claim. Claim was submitted because of my wife's surgery and was unable to travel. Would use this company again.

Customer Service was Excellent. My only complaint is that Trip Insurance as a whole, not just with Seven Corners, is Very Expensive.
