I have been a regular customer of Travelex for years and haven't needed to file a claim. The process of purchasing a plan from InsureMyTrip was good and I was able to select one that covered what I wanted. I liked the InsureMyTrip mobile app and found it very helpful.

Too much fine print. Hard to tell just what is and is not covered. There has to be a simpler way to explain coverage. Doubt if trip insurance is worth it if you don't even know what you purchased.
