they don't cover reward flights/ tickets purchased with certificates to which I cannot provide receipts. Dissapointed at this. I provided with the reservation and cancellation but they say these type of flights were not covered...that is not stated in the contract anywhere!

Already recommended to my father in law for his trip. I have used your service twice now. i have not had to file a claim (thankfully), so I cannot speak to the level of coverage service. But the coverages offered and the prices are very reasonable. Also whenever I have called for assistance I found your personnel very helpful.
