I know it might seem a little morbid to buy insurance for a flight. But over international waters and long distances it seems hard to be sure you are insured. I would simply fall apart if I lost my spouse and the insurance gave me the peace of mind to support the travel and know that if something bad happened, everything would be taken care of and this peace of mind was well worth the under $100 price and the service was easy and fast to use. I recommend it to everyone. Don't allow fear of travel disrupt your family's plans, and rest secure in your future if something unexpected happens.

I added the rental car policy. We ended up purchasing new tires when a couple of ours blew on bad Scottish roads. The policy covered our receipts.

Not much to say. As trip unchangeable costs have escalated so has the cost of insurance both as a percentage and absolute. Mostly wasted money I guess until I need it. The insurance companies must make a lot from this.
