We didn’t have to use this, which is a good thing. It gave us peace of mind for our trip to South Africa. We usually purchase travel insurance for our long trips to foreign countries. The cost was very fair and communication was good with TruTravel. We would purchase again for future trips.

Thankfully I did not have to file a claim,but I was confident that if I did there would not be any issues.Setting up the plan in the beginning was very well explained to me.

It was overall good coverage, just preferred if you offered multiple trips coverage at a cost effective price.

Relieved that I did not need to file a claim, there isn't anything to write a review on with this plan or with TruTravel other than some "peace of mind" perhaps that if needed I was covered...I hope!!!

My claim was processed quickly and without incident. My only comment would be a lot of paperwork was required to process the claim, but they worked with me to get what was needed.
