I had already purchased trip insurance for the travel part, baggage, etc. However, I needed to get medical, dental and evacuation coverage. If you don't have to use it, that is a great result but if you do need the coverage, it is nice to have.

We purchased coverage for medical emergencies only - not trip protection. We did not file a claim but felt comfortable knowing we were covered if needed. Insuremytrip made the buying process very easy.

Although, we did not have to use the plan during this trip it did provide peace of mind knowing it was available.On a prior trip, we did file a minor medical claim with GeoBlue under that plan and it was settled to our satisfaction. We will use GeoBlue in the future.
