I didn't need to use the coverage, but my connection did get canceled & I was able to call Global Alert so they could give me the phone number for car rental companies so I could plan how to get to my final destination--and they were very helpful.

Even though I did not need to use my policy, I am very glad that I purchased it. My return flight came within minutes of missing my connection back home so it made my travel experience less stressful knowing I had security and peace of mind had I needed to stay another day. I plan on using your company every time I fly, which I expect to be very often in the months to come. Thank you for offering a reasonably priced service that can make already hectic/stressful traveling a lot more comfortable.

I was pleased with the insurance coverage and the price. I felt confident that, if needed, I would have the help and the coverage needed to take care of any unforeseen problems. This peace of mind was well worth the money for me, as I was traveling overseas for the first time with my teenage daughter. She carried a copy of our policy with her at all times as well, and knew who to contact in case something happened to me. I will be sure to use InsureMyTrip for our future travel adventures together. I would highly recommend InsureMyTrip and the Global Alert! Preferred Plus plan to others.

I bought cancel for any reason coverage. I actually wanted to cancel the trip, but when I found out what a hassle it would be to file a claim, I just went anyway. The travel agent seemed to know what was required to file a claim and did not try to provide it.

Since Jim Grace put me in touch with one of his then companies back in 1998 when I first went to China, I have been most satisfied with all the other plans I've used thru your company..and this one was no different. I had selected the Global Alert Preferred Plus plan because of the potential 'imagined' difficulties I might come across while in Indonesia. 'They' never took place, thank goodness, but I did feel that I would be protected ahead of time. It was important to me when first taking it out. I have used different plans over the years when confronted with potential and perceived problems I might face. Your company has been informative to my needs.
