We had a 5 week cruise booked for about a year but had to cancel two weeks before departure date for medical reasons.
HTH paid the claim quickly with no hassle, simply asking the doctor to forward the medical records and issued the check within days of receiving them.

Although, we didn't have an occasion to utilize the insurance. I felt very confident in our choice of HTH Worldwide. The customer service was impeccable. They even sent us an email before we left wishing us a great vacation. We will definitely us HTH Worldwide for all of our future travel insurance needs!

While I didn't file a claim with HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion, I did appreciate the quick and professional response when I requested coverage. As a senior, insurance inquiries can sometimes be a bit more complicated, with HTH I found the staff to be most helpful and cooperative. The website was easy to navigate and compare plans. The coverage was reasonably priced. Luckily we didn't have to use it, so I cannot comment about submitting a claim.
