To be honest I assume everything was just as I needed it, BUT luckily I had no reason to file a claim. The only thing I really needed was piece of mind that my family would be taken care in case of my death ... That did not happen and whether the policy would have paid out I don't know but it did give me piece of mind. It is highly probable I will travel to Nigeria again and would absolutely acquire another policy for the same reasons.

Plan fit the trip perfectly, easy to purchase. The one improvement I would like to see is the ability to extend coverage in case a trip is unexpectedly extended in duration. This just happened to me due to unforeseen business plan changes, and having the option to extend coverage over the entire trip period instead of having to purchase a second policy would be very useful.
