Didn't have to use it so I can't really say for sure if it is a good product or not. I did have the peace of mind that I had insurance, so that is a good thing. I picked Nationwide because I already am a customer and I am familiar with some of your products.

It was difficult for me find an easy cheat sheet on my phone of what would we covered or to have a handy proof of coverage page for traveling. I ended up just printing some clunky email to take with but it wasn't smooth or convenient.

The purchase confirmation is a one page document which includes the purchase details, contact information, and schedule of benefits. I unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to injury. The claim process was straightforward; I was able to submit the documentation via email; and it was processed and I was paid within a couple of weeks. I wish I'd been able to go on the trip, but I'm glad I had this insurance when I wasn't.

Thankfully everything went smoothly with trip and didn't need to use the insurance, and I thank God daily for my good health and safety and I didn't need to use the insurance for any medical conditions. Was good to have the peace of mind of knowing it was there if needed. I felt price was reasonable.
