Thankfully i didn’t have to use my policy.
Just knowing I would have help if anything had occurred was a burden lifted off my shoulders. It was important to me that someone could speak the language and intercede on our behalf.
I downloaded the app on my phone so had my information with me all the time. I definitely will purchase this “peace of mind†policy in the future.

We chose this plan because we have elderly parents and were concerned that we may be called back home should they become ill. Fortunately we did not need to make a claim, but we enjoyed our trip more knowing that if something came up we were covered, and would have help making arrangements to come home.

Thank you! I had an unexpected medical issue that is quite serious. My doctor immediate filled out the form because she knew how much this trip meant to me, but she also was against me traveling until my surgery and recovery. Travelex was polite and professional when I called to see what steps to take in filing a form.
I received my check for the amount that I had already paid on my credit card before my trip was even scheduled to return. Thank you again.

We thought we may have a storm delay and may be another night in Rome...that is when I thought of my travel insurance purchase...to reimburse me for an unplanned night at hotel...it did not happen...'just glad I knew I had coverage in case.
