I do believe purchasing travel insurance for an expensive vacation is necessary. As such, I have had no reason to complain about the coverage provided by TravelSafe and will likely purchase it for my next cruise. Fortunately, I haven't had cause to file a claim, but would like to know how others have fared in getting their claims paid.

The plan was easy to obtain and the response time after I purchased it was very good. My only complaint is that it was a little pricier than plans I had looked at for past trips.
