I didn't need to use your insurance coverage but was relieved to have it since I developed a problem back in June, after I purchased the plan, that made it iffy up to the last minute whether or not I could travel. I fortunately could travel. I plan to use your plan again next spring.

Peace of mind come to me when I purchase a health insurance plan like Global Alert! Preferred Plus whenever we travel. Especially to a foreign country. A personal experience when my wife was hospitalized during our trip to Germany last summer. The first thing that was said upon arriving at the emergency room. "Do you have health insurance" From then on my wife recieved the care she needed and recovered so that we could continue our trip. Never having to spend even a penny on hospital bills. Global Alert! not having to do a claim, it is hard to say. it was easy to give you money! and you gave me lots of pages of coverage information.
It would have been nice to have a single sheet prepared with the summary of information to take with me.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. After purchase, Global Alert! emails a purchase confirmation which can be printed and carried with you on the trip. The purchase confirmation is a one page document which includes the purchase details, contact information, and schedule of benefits.
