I did not need to file a claim, so I cannot comment on the claims process. Having this plan during my trip in Costa Rica gave me peace of mind that should it be necessary, I would be able to get emergency evacuation and medical care.

Fortunately we didn't have to file a claim, but having the insurance allowed us to relax and enjoy our Christmas vacation to the Caribbean. Also, it was so easy to review the policies and choose one.
