I'm glad I didn't need to use the insurance. Great trip, crossing the Pacific by sail for 19 days, and exploring the Polynesian Islands for another 8 days. I needed to be protected as a senior traveling far away from home.

Thankfully we did not have to use our insurance coverage because the trip went as planned. However, the cost of the plan was very competitive. I appreciated hearing from the company before I left with email messages about taking the important phone numbers etc in case we needed help while oversees.

Even though we did not have to file a claim, the piece of mind that we received by just having it, was totally worth the money spent. We will use this same policy with future travels. Thank you.

For auto insurance coverage in the UK, they will not accept third party coverage, so that aspect of this policy's coverage was a waste of money. It might be good to inform those interested in this aspect of coverage to be sure the country of rental accepts third party coverage.
