    Thank you for your comments. Although not all our plans offered "concierge services", there are many plans that did offer assistance with planning your travel.

    Your plan, the TravelSafe Classic plan, offered "One Call Concierge Services which included:
    • Restaurant, shopping, hotel recommendations/reservations
    • Local transport (rental car, limousine, etc.) information and reservations
    • Sporting, theatre, night life and event information (sports scores, stock quotes, gift suggestions, etc.), recommendations and ticketing
    • Golf course information, referrals, recommendations and tee times
    • Tracking and assisting with the return of lost or delayed baggage.

    TravelSafe also offered "One Call Business Services" that included:
    • emergency correspondence and business communication assistance
    • assistance with locating available business services such as: express/
    overnight delivery sites, internet cafes, print/copy services
    • assistance with or arrangements for telephone and web conferencing
    • emergency messaging to customers, associates, and others (phone, fax, e-mail, text, etc.)
    • real time weather, travel delay and flight status information
    • worldwide business directory service for equipment repair or replacement, warranty service, etc.
    • emergency travel arrangements.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector Plus
If you consider this plan, be aware that "cancel for any reason" is only good for up to 48 hours before you leave. I had to cancel right before I left for the airport due to a very serious pet emergency (culminating in putting him to sleep) and was not able to make a claim on the monies I paid because I was outside the 48-hour cancellation window. So sadly I'm out a few thousand dollars, and I want others to learn from my experience.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector
I did not have to file a claim with C&F but did have a claim against the airline. My bag arrived totally open with missing items. Zipper handles where missing along with my TSA lock. The airline is reimbursing me for everything. This happened at the beginning of my three week trip to various
locations so the airline did not have much option. Paperwork a bit of hassle thought. I would still buy C&F Ins. just in case there was a hassle and did not get back in full from Airline.

Seven Corners Liaison Travel Basic
I cannot provide a review of how useful the plan would have been because, luckily, we did not have to file a claim. But I can say that having the insurance was comforting and a good hedge against having medical difficulties, expenses abroad. And, the cost of the policy was very reasonable.

Generali Global Assistance Standard
Fortunately, we did not have to use the insurance. The overall rating is very good. The customer service rep that helped me apply for my trip insurance was excellent. Had I needed to use the policy I knew I was going to get immediate coverage without the hassle.
