It is a little difficult to say I was satisfied with the plan because I did not have to use it. Nevertheless, I did feel at ease knowing that I had this plan behind me just in case something did happen.

I called the 800 number and had an friendly and personalized conversation with someone who helped me with a plan that had exactly what I needed and nothing I did not need.
I am grateful that my trip went smoothly and I did not need to make a claim but I felt very comfortable knowing I had the coverage.
