Generali Global Assistance Standard
Luckily I did not have an incident requiring use of the coverage, but I have in years past, and Generali Global Assistance provided a rapid response and covered what was needed. I will always use them for my travel insurance.

This insurance coverage was for a trip to Israel. When the war broke out, I called to change dates into the future. I was told by the representative that they could not make any changes--the computer would not let them due to the location of my trip. The alternative was to pick another country (Ireland) and a date into the future. This date has come and gone and my investment in your insurance was a complete waste. I will not purchase insurance from you in the future because your administration guidelines made my investment a total loss. Too bad for me a $2800 loss.
