    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We advise customers keep all receipts and documentation for any expenses associated with the trip before and during the trip. Each claims department employs claims representatives who send the policy holder claim forms and a list of required claims documentation. It is very important to provide all requested documentation in a timely and efficient manner when filing a claim. Please do not hesitate to ask the claims representatives questions about the claim process, time frames and methods of communication.

AXA Assistance USA Gold
My husband and I unfortunately developed bronchitis/walking pneumonia on our Viking River Cruise. A doctor made a "house" call to the boat in Hungary and prescribed medication. When we returned to the United States, we called AXA Assistance USA, who helped us find an Urgent Care facility in Atlanta before we returned to our home in Florida. Urgent Care also prescribed medication. We filled out AXA's online claim form and attached scanned copies of all our paperwork and receipts. They paid almost $700 in full within two weeks with no questions. We'll definitely use them for our next trip!

One is always happy to not need the insurance you purchase. That being the case, all I can comment on was the ease of obtaining the insurance and the followup provided. I would purchase from InsureMyTrip again.

I am Dutch, needed insurance from USA for the first time. I paid more for 3 weeks + less coverage than I formerly paid in The Netherlands for various vacations during a whole year!
For instance complete medical coverage, even in the USA! My son once needed operation in Turkey and got 9 seats on plane home + ambulance services on both ends.

As the reviews manager, I have just recently been seeing more and more reviews from customers who make mention of affordable comprehensive plans available in Europe. Although we do sell annual Multi-Trip Medical plans, which cover emergency medical expenses and emergency medical evacuation, we do not offer any annual comprehensive plans (Trip Cancellation, Travel Delay, Luggage Delay, etc). Hopefully, we will be able to acquire and offer these type of products in the near future.
