It's impossible to know if insurance coverage and the company behind that coverage is good, bad, or indifferent until one has to file a claim. But with regard to your plan and my purchase of it, it seemed to be a good mixture of value offered and reasonable cost, thus my "mostly satisfied" rating above.

We did not have occasion to test the coverage, but from my pre-trip investigation it seemed to give the best coverage for the cost compared with other listed policies. May I never have the need to find out!
