I bought this plan because of the coverage and price. Hence the 5 stars. Was it a good purchase? I think that question can only be answered once a claim has been filed. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim.

I haven't checked for available data, but I'm fairly certain most people never file a claim after a vacation. Most people don't get hurt while traveling. I already have adequate health insurance, so I believe additional insurance should be optional.

I did not need to submit a claim. However, unexpected health problem occurred and I thought that I might have to cancel. The problem resolved itself before our departure, so no claim was needed. However, it was very reassuring to know that I would not have a total financial loss if I’d had to cancel the trip.

I felt everything would have been covered had we needed to utilize the insurance. Thankfully we didn't have to test it out. Price seemed reasonable for what was covered.

I am senior and filed a claim regarding my new luggage (bought over a year ago but didn’t use do to it being large for overhead but purchased for cruises or local travel) being damaged on Norwegian Cruise Line. I was sent a claim firm to fill out with tons of questions. I cannot find the receipt and feel a photo of damaged luggage should suffice.
