The sales rep has always been courteous , polite, informative, efficient and professional. The cost has always been reasonable. I intend to insure with Hancock for all of my future foreign trips.

I am thankful I didn't need to file a claim but have had this same kind of travel insurance in June and did need to file a claim. It was very easy to file a claim. I received a check from them very soon after. I bought the same policy yesterday for a cruise in 3 weeks!!
