It is always good to have the insurance coverage when traveling. I plan on doing more traveling abroad in the near future and will use tour company again. Acquiring the insurance on your web site was very user friendly and I will definitely recommend it to others.

I had to process a claim. I spoke with someone who helped me right from the start. She told me what I needed to send in, and also sent me the materials in the mail to fill out just in case my printer did not work. I totally appreciated her help and everything was completed in a timely manner. I got a phone call letting me know the status of my claim, and the amount I would be receiving. It was all done professionally .

Unfortunately pets are not considered family members for the purposes of insurance. One of our cats had to have surgery a few days before our trip and we were faced with having to lose all of the money for our trip or pay to have the cat stay in the hospital, which was an added expense and very stressful on the cat. Insurance companies should realize that animals are family members and include them as part of the coverage with proper documentation from a veterinarian.

Even though I did not need to use my plan this time, having good coverage gave me peace of mind while I traveled. Five years ago we were on a trip and my son ended up in intensive care with pneumonia for 10 days. He had to fly home with a flight nurse. I was so thankful we had travel insurance and will never go without it!

I didn't have to use the trip insurance but just having the insurance insured that I had a great trip. My husband and I once had an incident whereby we ended up leaving the ship, spending a night in a hospital, and flying back home the next day. We had no trip insurance so it was an expensive trip. It relieves my mind to know that any incident is covered.
