It's hard to rate the trip insurance since we didn't have to use it, although it almost came to that for different reasons than what we expected. But for the money...and the peace of mind...we suppose that it was all worth it. And if it had come to it, I am hoping that the company would have stepped up as easily as they made it seem. We will probably never go on another trip without trip insurance.

We had no trip interruption so I really can't judge was it worth the money. I can only say we had peace of mind at a fair competitive price should something had happened. As I said thankfully it was smooth sailing all the way

We did not have to file a claim, fortunately. We did have to change our dates of coverage, though, and the process was easy and the person who helped me was great. We chose this plan because it is one of very few that defines family members to include in-laws. We also found the coverage to be very reasonable for all that is covered, and yes, we will probably use AXA again in the future.
