It's reassuring to know that this coverage is in place. I've used this company several times, including once when I had to cancel a trip a week before it was to start. This time after booking a river cruise, I was invited to join a tour of my dreams in the same region, and had no trouble switching my plan to cover the new tour. No problems.

Although we did not have to make a claim. It was a comfort knowing we had the insurance. another on the cruise had a mega medical problem causing the ship to make an unscheduled stop
