I was very satisfied with the plan after researching my options. I never had to file a claim and I guess that is the real proof in the pudding. If I had, which thank goodness I did not have to, I would have be able to evaluate your company fully. Thank you and I will purchase this insurance again.

I was feeling sick at our last stop in Greece and called to find out what I needed to do if I had to call a doctor or go to a hospital. Fortunately, I got better but the next day they called to check on me which I greatly appreciated.

I thought AXA was very difficult to work with and I would never recommend them. I followed the protocol and should have received a reimbursement after filing my claim. They took forever to get back to me and denied me even though I provided all documentation that they requested.
InsureMyTrip was amazing! They were beyond helpful and responsive and I genuinely appreciate the help with getting my claim processed. A manager at AXA reviewed my claim and this time around it was approved and they're sending a check within the next 10 days.

Even though credit cards offer a degree of insurance, which I took into consideration, the cost of this travel was sufficient to warrant a completer coverage. Your company was efficient, the details and coverages easy to understand and gave me a good assurance in case something bad happened.

Correct, some credit cards offer a form of travel insurance; however AXA Assistance USA offers comprehensive plans that may go beyond the basic protection.
