I purchased a week long policy, contract only showed coverage for 1 day. Called to extend and was advised it was updated. Checked the website - still coverage for just 1 day. Called back to extend AGAIN and was told it was extended, but guess what - it wasn't. Demanded a refund then told there was an issue with my credit card. (there was not) Called back to advise and was then told I had to submit my request to cancel in writing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Still no credit or extension.

I cannot begin the describe how utterly satisfied I am with GeoBlue. I wish all companies were as fantastic as GeoBlue. Every customer service interaction was handled professionally and thoroughly. GeoBlue is fantastic. I cannot speak of other travel insurance companies, but I will not look any further. GeoBlue will not disappoint. They are perfect in every way.

Buying GeoBlue insurance was straightforward. I received promo responses to all my questions/concerns.
Fortunately, I did not require any services but insurance was worth for peace of mind. We traveling far away foreign countries in which we don’t speak the language.

The plan was fine and e everything was seamless. The only issue was, Frederic suffered an accident during the trip--a dislocated shoulder--and required emergency-room care. What he learned was, medical care in Mexico is incredibly inexpensive. The entire event--with anesthesia, x-rays and a team of care--cost less than the GeoBlue deductible (I believe the deductible was $250 and the hospital bill was under $200). So, he was not sure if he should have even reported it to GeoBlue or not. Insurance in Mexico is probably more important for extreme catastrophic events. It may make a difference when making future insurance purchases--understanding what is really needed. And maybe this policy is the best option, but with this new-found first-hand knowledge, it might inform future choices.

Purchasing was an extremely easy process with a good amount of options to chose from. Documents, cards and information arrived within a few days of purchase.
