I did not need to file a claim so I cannot truly say how effective the coverage was. However the process of purchasing the plan was very simple and was a good price.

your Coverage options that were provided did not include "europe" which seems like most of the countries require when you apply for a visa. But i'm Extremely satisfied with your customer service.
