I did not use the insurance but it was good to know i could get help if needed as Medicare does not cover medical needs for trips out of the USA.

I have a Medicare supplement plan that provides medical coverage outside of the USA. So, I bought this policy mainly for the evacuation coverage and the assistance from MEDEX, if needed. Fortunately, it was not needed, but it was worth it for the peace of mind.
