First time purchasing insurance outside of the cruise line. After reading so many positive reviews about this particular policy, decided to try it. It provided better coverage than the cruise line with a lower rate. Since this was a 14-day cruise, we wanted to insure more protection to cover incase of an emergency. Totally satisfied and will purchase from now on.

Even thought I did not make any claims my attempts to contact your company to find out how to utilize the doctor on the ship were painful at best. Your phone numbers did not work and when I finally got through it was 30 minutes of Spanish Inquisition just to get another number to call. does not really make me enthusiastic about doing this again.

I purchased coverage for both my husband and me. However, he didn't take the trip. I wrote asking for proration of my coverage but you would not refund me any portion of his plan. I was very upset and disappointed with your responses to my request and don't know if I'd use you again.

This plan covered everything we needed for a wonderful trip. We didn't file a claim because everything went amazingly so I don't know how well their customer service is. Definitely, a worthwhile consideration if planning a trip overseas.

"All premium is non-refundable after a ten (10) day review period from the date of purchase in the event You have not incurred any claims during that time. In the event the premium paid for coverage is less than the required premium for coverage, benefits will be paid in direct proportion of the actual amount paid to the required premium due."
Since your husband was insured under this Nationwide policy from 11/17/2017 up until the day he decided to cancel, his premium was considered earned and nonrefundable.
